CRM Integrations

You can add integrations to extend your Microsoft stack e.g. Outlook, Office or Teams, so that your users will be able to find everything they need in one place. You can also add integrations to your other non-Microsoft systems such as your website, webforms or email marketing platforms such as DotDigital, Hubspot or ClickDimensions.

We implemented a Microsoft Teams Telephony solution for one of our FE college customers. They are now able to make and receive calls directly from their CRM, improving communication with students for their Support and Enquiries teams.

Automated Workflows

We assisted a FE College with the creation of a Power Automate flow to assist the process of moving Enquiries to Apprenticeships within their CRM. The college wanted to automate their Enquiries to Apprenticeship Vacancies process by adding a button to their enquiry form which would then create an apprenticeship vacancy record. The idea was for this to take the information inputted on the enquiry form and auto-populate the fields on their apprenticeship vacancy form without the need for double data entry. Our solution added a toggle to their enquiry form, which when set to “Yes”, uses Power Automate to create an Apprenticeship Enrolment record and automatically populates several fields using information inputted on the enquiry form, therefore streamlining their current process and removing the need for double entry.
