This voluntary statement has been published in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps taken by Active Informatics Ltd to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply chains.
About the Active Informatics Ltd
Active Informatics Ltd is a privately owned organisation providing business data management systems to mostly public sector organisations e.g. Colleges and the Fire and Rescue Service. Active Informatics Ltd covers the whole of the UK- England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Our aim is to continually improve the data management, security and reporting capabilities of the organisations we work with, through technology and advice, to improve their service to the public.

Our supply chain
Active Informatics Ltd procurement for goods and services is managed internally and only two suppliers we have procured through are of a size to be subject to Section 54, and both have complied with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 through their own Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statements.

Over the past 12 months, Active Informatics Ltd has undertaken the following actions:
Made all staff aware of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and informed them of the appropriate action to take if they suspect a case of slavery or human trafficking.

Active Informatics Ltd received zero reports from employees, the public, or law enforcement agencies to indicate that modern slavery practices have been identified.

We will continue to work to maintain awareness of modern slavery within Active Informatics Ltd by reviewing and evaluating the measures and processes that we have implemented so far to ensure their effectiveness.
