Our annual support contract includes
- 5 x development days per year for upgrades, training, integrations, customisation etc – you decide how use them. (For additional days – see below for our daily rate).
- Technical and advice helpdesk support during office hours for any general queries (not taken from your 4 days).
Total cost: £6,950 + VAT

Ad hoc daily development rate
Where there is a demand for development work but no need for a support contract, we price projects on a simple day rate of £850 + VAT (minimum charge of one day).
