Blackburn College

The team at Blackburn College were looking for a Microsoft Cloud based CRM to help coordinate different departments onto one single platform. Dynamics 365 Education will be used across their Apprenticeships, Work Placements and Employer Engagement and will include integrations with the Recruit an Apprentice website (ESFA), The Learning Records Service (LRS) and also an apprentice web portal.

Coleg Gwent

The External Engagement team at Coleg Gwent were finding it challenging to manage their Employer Networks without a CRM system in place. Although using a college MIS, they needed a more comprehensive system to enable them to record all aspects of their relationships with local and national businesses, external stakeholders and associations.

Their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Education system will be supplied with Click Dimensions, to enable fully integrated marketing and social marketing from within the CRM, giving their wider teams a more seamless way of working.
