Chichester College Group chooses Active as CRM and web portal provider

Forming part of the Chichester College Group merger in 2017 meant that Chichester College needed an education specific CRM that would allow them to manage information easily and securely across all four Group sites. They have chosen Active has their new CRM provider.

A key requirement is a Cloud based Microsoft CRM that will allow the Group to better manage their apprenticeships; and to incorporate a self-service ‘talent pool’ web portal. The portal gives registered employers access to the student talent pool; as well as giving students access to the latest vacancies.

Dynamics 365 Education will provide the college with the bespoke features they require; including integration with the third-party applications they use such as Mailchimp and Eventbrite.
