The latest FE college in the north west to adopt MSDynamics 365 Education to manage their apprenticeships.

Lancaster & Morecombe College is a key Apprenticeship provider in the area, and in the Top 20 FE Colleges nationally for Apprenticeship achievement.

With links to over 700 employers, the apprenticeships team has increased its apprenticeship provision by 22% since 2018 and were increasingly finding that their existing CRM system couldn’t cope adequately with day-to-day processes. Therefore, the team were tasked with finding a solution that focused on integrating their apprenticeships data with their wider college systems. The desire was for a more holistic view of their data, and a more joined up way of working across departments. The team are happy that Dynamics 365 Education will enable this to happen. We look forward to working with them in the coming months.
