Introduction

The Challenge
Cleveland Fire Brigade needed a system to reduce home fire risks by conducting timely home safety checks based on their Risk-Based Inspection Programmes (RBIP). They also wanted to integrate with Safelincs to create jobs, which would cut down on administrative tasks and boost productivity. Additionally, they required a system to mitigate risks to individuals through prompt Safe and Well visits.
The Solution
Cleveland Fire and Rescue Service partnered with Active Informatics to implement Dynamics 365 Fire Prevention, part of a comprehensive fire risk management platform that includes Fire Protection and Site-Specific Risk Information (SSRI). This solution was developed using over 25 years of expertise working with Fire and Rescue Services across the UK.
